Taco Dip Recipe
- 1 brick cream cheese mixed with a cup of sour cream and 2 large scoops
of mayo
- Mix in some taco seasoning and place this as your first layer of the dip
- Add some salsa for the next layer…enough to cover the first layer
- Cut up half a green pepper, half an orange pepper, half a red pepper. Cut up 2 jalapeno’s and add to peppers mix but do not include the seeds (for a spicier dip leave some seeds). Cut up 3 large tomatoes and add to the mixture but do not include the seeds, cut up some cilantro and add to mixture. Add 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice to mixture and stir. This is your next layer in the dip. When cutting up vegetables, try to cut as small as you can.
- Add Black Diamond Sargento Tacos & Nachos Shredded Cheese graciously to the top for the final layer
- I brought the tostito’s organic nachos…so yummy!
